CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations in order to honor the holding fee on any appointment, and to be able to reschedule. If booking with a guest artist their own policies will apply and may differ.

HOLDING FEE POLICY

All holding fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Failure to give proper notice of cancellation results in forfeiture of the holding fee. Please see our cancellation policy for more information.

MINOR POLICY

Everyone is welcome and out of respect for our artists’ work environment we ask that the following be observed:

Unless otherwise unavoidable please arrange child care at home for infants/toddlers in lieu of bringing them to your tattoo appointment.

Children under 15 years of age must remain in the waiting area accompanied by a parent/guardian for the duration of their visit.

One child between 15 and 17 years of age is welcome to sit with their parent/guardian for the duration of their visit.

ID Policy

Under NYS law, we are not permitted to tattoo any minors under 18 years of age.

There are NO exceptions for this.

Please bring your physical identification (i.e. license, non-driver ID, passport) to your tattoo appointment.  Copies, photos, digital forms, etc will not be accepted.

Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment and a cancellation fee being charged and due.
