Tattooing is Alice Bliss’s second profession. Every skill she has honed before has lead her to where she is today. Her extensive background in tailoring, design and textiles influence and support her approach as a tattoo artist. She has painted on every kind of surface—but nothing is as special as working on skin. It presents a challenging, dynamic canvas, and tattooing it is always a collaboration built on trust and mutual inspiration.

Alice has built her experience in multiple tattoo styles, from color realism and microrealism, to big projects including Maori, Polynesian and geometric designs. She incorporates tried-and-true classic, traditional styles of tattooing with ground-breaking modern influences and concepts. She loves immersing herself in the fine detail of small and delicate work too. Alice lives to collaborate with her clients, and draws inspiration from what they see.

Being brand new to Rochester after living abroad for more than 20 years, Alice Bliss brings some international vibes with her! She is happy to join the AOK team, feeling at home from the moment she walked into the studio— and she promises, you will too.
